FUNSUR S.A. - PISCO, PERU
By Product Treatment Plant established 1999 - 2000 and designed for treatment of 2,500 tonnes per year of tin refinery by-products.
The plant includes:
- Short Rotary furnace section
- Refining section including segregation and liquation furnaces
- Electrolytic plant
- Combustion and sanitary filtration system
After the initial feasibility study, Dan-Engineering A/S supplied design, specification, main equipment and supervision during construction and commissioning.
NATIONAL LEAD SMELTING CO. LTD. - RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA
Furnace line 2 established 2002 - 2003 designed for smelting 62 tonnes lead bearing material per day.
The plant include design and supply of
- Tilting Rotary furnace
- Burner, Afterburner, and cyclone
- Filter for combustion gases and sanitary air including ductin
- National Lead Erection
